Friday Sector Laggards: Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Stocks

In trading on Friday, metals & mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Arch Coal (ACI), off about 8.1% and shares of Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) down about 7.1% on the day.
